Hosting of the 1^st Ever Mt. Kenya East Job Fair

The Jeremiah Nyagah National Polytechnic was honored to host the 1^st ever Mt. Kenya East job fair from 12^th to 14^th June, 2024.The fair was organized by the State Department of Diasporqa Affairs in conjunction with the State Department of TVET and County Government of Embu. The fair attracted over 8,500 participants, 30 TVET institutions and 32 recruitment agencies.

The fair focused on informing youth of opportunities abroad, requirements and processes of accessing jobs in the diaspora across many sectors. Jeremiah Nyagah National Polytechnic was tasked with assisting the youth to requirements including language skilling, certification and fast tracking of documentation.
